This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Take ownership, scale, and enhance Gracenote’s global PMO ecosystem, which includes SDLC and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Oversee the complete orchestration of the product pipeline across Video, Audio/Auto, Sports, and Platform portfolios.
• Act as the definitive source for the plan of record.
• Foster cross-functional alignment among senior leadership and uphold governance standards.
• Lead, evolve, and sustain Gracenote’s Gated Agile PMO playbook from the ideation phase through to post-launch evaluation.
• Facilitate change management and training enablement across various teams.
• Conduct and enforce cross-functional Gate Reviews from Research to General Availability.
• Coordinate intricate, multi-region product launches spanning multiple domains.
• Implement tiered change control measures.
• Establish and manage global RAID logs, escalation procedures, and process retrospectives.
• Integrate Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, CPX, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Align VP/SVP leadership on process compliance and outline criteria for executive exceptions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track program health, milestone achievements, and KPIs.
• Provide updates and strategic risk mitigations during weekly operational and monthly strategic syncs.
• Assess post-launch success by measuring adoption rates, ARR ramp speed, and efficiency against the initial business case.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or GTM Management within B2B Technology, SaaS, Data, or Media Technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise-wide Stage-Gate/Agile or similar NPI frameworks across multiple product portfolios.
• Strategic and cross-functional fluency in Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance at the executive level.
• Expertise in Gated Agile, hybrid Stage-Gate methodologies, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Strong executive presence and skills in managing by influence.
• Ability to constructively challenge senior leadership, navigate ambiguity, and drive organizational change.
• Knowledge of and proven success with a Project Management Office for large-scale programs.
• Experience in successfully forming and leading project teams, providing guidance and structure.
• Relevant certifications preferred/mentioned: PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent.
