This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take ownership of the complete technical architecture for the Agentic Service Catalog.
β’ Oversee and enhance the target-state architecture along with the necessary workflow, control, and knowledge capabilities.
β’ Specify APIs, workflows, events, schemas, integration boundaries, identity, policies, approvals, evidence, observability, versioning, compatibility, and ownership boundaries.
β’ Create integration architecture in conjunction with service management, source control, CI/CD, cloud, observability, security, network, data platforms, identity, and enterprise systems.
β’ Design runtime policy gates for activities that are sensitive and impact production.
β’ Ensure that actions can be traced back to authenticated principals, registered capabilities, policy decisions, approval statuses, execution records, and evidence packages.
β’ Develop AI and agent architecture patterns for tool access, grounded context, retrieval, memory, policy enforcement, evaluation, evidence capture, human approval, replay, monitoring, and kill switches.
β’ Construct reference implementations, technical spikes, and proofs of concept.
β’ Create APIs and AI functionalities, conduct reviews of critical code, and troubleshoot complex integrations.
β’ Align technical direction across engineering, delivery, domain capability, enterprise architecture, Security, Risk, AI Platform, ITSM, Cloud, Data, Network, and infrastructure teams.
β’ Define ownership boundaries and establish architecture review and exception processes.
β’ Mentor engineers and architects while enhancing technical capabilities across contributing teams.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President of Intelligent Automation and Data Platforms.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in platform architecture.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
β’ Comprehensive end-to-end architecture experience that includes applications, APIs, workflows, integrations, data, security, governance, AI capabilities, infrastructure, and operations.
β’ Proficient in API and integration design, including contracts, schemas, versioning, compatibility, error handling, and boundaries.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI-enabled systems, agent architectures, model integration, intelligent automation, or similar technologies.
β’ Knowledge of enterprise security and governance principles, encompassing identity, authorization, least privilege, policy enforcement, approvals, auditability, evidence, and traceability.
β’ Capability to develop reusable technical standards and reference patterns.
β’ Experience in hands-on development, prototyping, code reviews, integration troubleshooting, and technical mentoring.
