Senior Director, Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the performance discipline for the JLL Life Sciences platform.

• Define and uphold scorecard architecture, KPI library, data quality expectations, and governance cadence across Life Sciences accounts.

• Facilitate the performance community, conduct peer reviews of scorecards, and share best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales Development and account leadership throughout the pursuit and solutioning phases.

• Ensure performance is maintained during pursuit, transition, go-live, and steady state phases.

• Conduct cross-account benchmarking of performance outcomes, at-risk fee positions, and best practices.

• Work alongside the JLLT Technology Pod to streamline performance administration through automation.

• Address account issues related to scorecards, client dissatisfaction, and delayed transitions.

• Oversee capability standards and career pathways for performance within the vertical.

• Authorize methodology deviations, performance resourcing assumptions, and self-perform handoff standards.

• Engage in interviews and contribute to annual performance reviews for performance roles.

• Escalate measurement-integrity issues directly to Managing Directors and the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building or significantly rebuilding a performance or measurement function, rather than merely managing one.

• Establish credibility with Account Directors, Managing Directors, and clients.

• Strong understanding of management fee mechanics, contract structures, and margin protection.

• Comfortable operating through influence and standards instead of relying on headcount.

• Willingness to transform work processes instead of simply administering existing models effectively.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Familiarity with Life Sciences, GxP, or regulated environments is preferred.
