Workforce Partnership Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national employers, associations, and organizations.

• Discover future growth prospects and key entities within the designated region.

• Represent Northbridge University at both in-person and virtual events, conferences, education fairs, and webinars.

• Assess workforce requirements and create tailored education, training, and partnership solutions.

• Develop and implement account strategies.

• Act as the main point of contact between external partners and internal departments/campuses.

• Keep precise CRM records.

• Enhance university visibility, brand recognition, and student lead generation.

• Cultivate relationships with community and workforce organizations.

• Suggest sponsorships and partnerships that align with institutional goals.

• Oversee the Outreach Admissions Representative to meet conversion targets.

• Report directly to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, workforce solutions, corporate education, or a similar service environment.

• Proven experience in partnership management, strategic sales, program coordination, and project management.

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 60% of the time.

• Must be a Florida resident.

• A dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection are required.

• Ability to pass a background check and educational verification is necessary.
