This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the global Microsoft 365 strategy, roadmap, priorities, lifecycle, investment recommendations, product-management model, demand intake, and the introduction of new capabilities.
• Define performance metrics and benchmarks, secure consensus on objectives, and achieve established targets.
• Oversee tenant architecture, engineering standards, configuration, automation, resilience, management of technical debt, service health, operational readiness, and significant platform escalations.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Tier 1 support teams to develop operating and support models, escalation pathways, service performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on when to utilize Microsoft 365 or alternative BeOne platforms.
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Privacy, Information Governance, Quality, Legal, Compliance, Identity, and Enterprise Architecture to establish Microsoft 365 controls and operational practices.
• Position Microsoft 365 as a governed element within BeOne’s enterprise integration and data ecosystem.
• Guide integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs and associated Microsoft 365 services.
• Direct the Microsoft 365 components of global domain migrations, tenant and platform modernization, and significant collaboration transitions.
• Manage the readiness, configuration, licensing, usage reporting, service health, and technical enablement of the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform.
• Collaborate on responsible Copilot adoption, prioritizing use cases, and measuring value.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 relationship and partner governance, including licensing strategies, utilization optimization, commercial assessment, partner performance, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead a globally distributed team as well as strategic partner resources.
• Establish accountability and decision-making authority across product ownership, engineering, governance, and operations.
• Enhance technical and leadership capabilities through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Foster partnerships across regions and functions while promoting enterprise standards and consistent global practices.
• BS Degree.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, particularly with Microsoft technologies, digital workplace solutions, enterprise platforms, or related fields.
• Proven leadership of global teams and accountability for an enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environment.
• Demonstrated success in establishing or enhancing product and platform ownership, governance, engineering, service management, and support practices for Microsoft 365 within a complex global organization.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services.
• Technical expertise to guide platform strategy, architecture, engineering, operational decisions, and Microsoft Graph API-enabled integrations at an enterprise level.
• Ability to assess business needs and recommend Microsoft 365 or alternative enterprise platforms based on suitability, security, scalability, supportability, integration, and total cost of ownership.
• Experience collaborating with Service Delivery, Tier 1 support, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and Security teams.
• Proven experience in leading platform modernization, domain or tenant migrations, and complex enterprise transformations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, utilization optimization, vendor governance, investment planning, and management of total cost of ownership.
• Established capability to lead and influence global teams, senior stakeholders, business functions, and technology organizations.
• Strong executive communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs arise.
