This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the enterprise organizational change management strategy for GTS, aligning with BeOne’s mission to create a next-generation global oncology company and enhance access to cancer therapies.
• Act as GTS’s change architect and strategic advisor to executives and transformation sponsors.
• Design and implement change initiatives across various regions, cultures, time zones, governance frameworks, and decision-making models.
• Develop strategy, sequence portfolios, ensure sponsorship, establish governance, and mitigate risks related to GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI adoption, and operating model redesign.
• Define the GTS OCM vision, operational model, standards, roadmap, change criteria for portfolios, assurance practices, and escalation pathways.
• Counsel GTS leaders and sponsors on organizational impacts, stakeholder risks, alignment, and necessary interventions.
• Mentor leaders to visibly support change initiatives and reinforce accountability within their teams.
• Manage OCM efforts across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI, and transformations of operating models.
• Integrate change requirements into portfolio planning, investments, governance, and the GTS Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Collaborate with process owners and GBS leaders on transition strategies, workforce readiness, service adoption, and regional process standardization.
• Establish a scalable global OCM center of excellence that includes methodologies, toolkits, quality standards, practitioner development, communities of practice, and champion networks.
• Develop metrics for readiness, adoption, proficiency, user experience, and benefits realization.
• Utilize trusted data, stakeholder feedback, and corrective actions to enhance outcomes.
• Craft transformation narratives and executive communications.
• Oversee engagement initiatives for town halls, leadership forums, and GTS events.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a global OCM team.
• Set objectives, allocate resources, manage partners, and create succession plans.
• Translate the GTS North Star into actionable OCM priorities, outcomes, and OKRs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 12 years of experience in supporting enterprise transformation leadership.
• More than 12 years in organizational change, transformation, organizational development, or consulting roles.
• At least 5 years of experience leading global teams or OCM functions.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-year transformations across technology, processes, operating models, workforce capabilities, organizational structures, and culture.
• Experience in architecting and executing change initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions.
• Familiarity with biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other highly regulated global environments.
• Background in leading organizational change and adoption efforts using SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Veeva, Ariba, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Proficiency in methodologies such as ADKAR, CAP, Agile, Lean, and human-centered design, with the ability to adapt methods to specific contexts.
• English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise AI tools like Copilot.
• Strong understanding of enterprise artificial intelligence, digital adoption, intelligent automation, and technology-enabled change practices.
• Proven track record in advising senior executives and aligning transformation sponsors.
• Ability to build high-performing teams, develop talent, manage consulting partners, allocate resources, and oversee distributed delivery.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Change Management Certification such as Prosci or CCMP is highly preferred.
• A relevant Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional, Agile, Lean, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Smartsheet, Miro, Visio, Canva, MindManager, or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to travel less than 20%, potentially internationally.
