This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead or oversee organizational change management initiatives for high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide modifications.
• Integrate guidance from various sources within a highly matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with sponsors and business owners to comprehend change objectives and convert them into organizational impacts.
• Lead or assist in managing OCM resources within the work stream.
• Enhance OCM processes and tools for improved effectiveness.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with adoption.
• Assess readiness of the audience, identify people-side risks and resistance, analyze results, and relay findings.
• Create actionable change management strategies.
• Develop and oversee communication and training plans tailored to various channels and audiences.
• Supervise communication deliverables and coordinate messages that prepare users for change adoption.
• Manage the development of training materials or coordinate training resources.
• Provide training as necessary.
• Identify resistance or performance deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Cultivate relationships with senior-level stakeholders and drive value-based outcomes with industry clients and Kyndryl account teams.
• Lead small teams of practitioners across multiple consulting projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in leading OCM initiatives.
• Over 8 years of experience in supporting organizational change management efforts.
• Strong understanding of the change process and how individuals navigate through it.
• Capability to engage with leadership and staff at all organizational levels.
• Ability to establish and maintain robust relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Exceptional active listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Formal training in an organizational change methodology is preferred.
• Ability to effectively convey messages to diverse audiences through various channels.
• Capacity to create and deliver clear, concise training materials.
• Strong skills in meeting facilitation and presentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
