Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and expand materials that facilitate Bundle's training sessions.

• Collaborate closely with the core learning design team to implement adult learning principles, ensuring quality, engagement, and consistency.

• Format and revise presentation materials to align with Bundle's design standards.

• Create learner-specific adaptations of existing training resources following established guidelines.

• Perform minor content edits and regular updates across various learning assets.

• Conduct quality assurance checks for design, formatting, and consistency in accordance with Bundle's Lesson Plans.

• Utilize adult learning principles to ensure content remains clear, actionable, and engaging.

• Leverage Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other modern AI tools to enhance the efficiency of instructional design.

• Organize files, resources, and documentation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles (andragogy) and their application in professional training contexts.

• Excellent presentation design abilities (PowerPoint or similar) with a keen eye for visual layout and accessibility standards.

• Practical experience in integrating AI tools—particularly Claude and Microsoft Copilot—into instructional design processes.

• Remarkable attention to detail, robust critical thinking skills, and sound judgment in assessing content quality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

• High degree of independence with a proven track record of adhering to established guidelines and executing tasks autonomously.

• Clear and professional written communication skills in English.

• Experience in corporate learning and development (L&D) or instructional design within higher education.

• Background in designing skills-based or competency-based corporate training programs.
