This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, execute, and lead training and onboarding initiatives for Commercial teams, with an emphasis on field-based personnel.
• Provide education on disease states, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape to ensure field team readiness.
• Equip field teams for external scientific discussions regarding products, disease states, and cell therapy education.
• Design and implement training programs focused on Immatics’ pipeline and PRAME as a tumor antigen target to facilitate launch readiness.
• Continuously enhance training materials to reinforce knowledge and keep teams informed about new data.
• Ensure all training and development initiatives comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Utilize adult learning principles and innovative digital platforms to develop engaging and effective training programs.
• Analyze and report on metrics and feedback systems to assess training efficacy and make adjustments based on insights and field performance.
• Maintain a centralized repository of training materials and scientific resources to ensure version control, consistency, and global accessibility.
• Identify training deficiencies and field needs through feedback and insight gathering; convert these into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training and tools with corporate objectives.
• Oversee vendor partnerships that support training platforms, content creation, and delivery systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or specialty therapeutics fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in commercial training, learning and development, sales training, field readiness, or related roles.
• Familiarity with TCR T-cell therapies, adoptive cellular therapies, or advanced therapeutics.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering onboarding and capability development programs for customer-facing teams.
• Experience in supporting the preparation and execution of product launches.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology is highly preferred.
• Experience in onboarding treatment centers and market access is preferred.
• Experience in developing certification programs, learning analytics, and field readiness frameworks.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
• Experience supporting first-launch organizations or emerging biotechnology companies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
