Senior Director, Operational Strategy – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and create competitive and adaptable strategies for potential awards in oncology and related areas.

• Utilize expertise, operational capabilities, and technologies to meet client needs during pre-award phases.

• Act as the primary oncology strategist for designated potential awards.

• Assist other oncology-focused operational strategists.

• Co-manage bid defense preparations alongside the Business Development team.

• Engage in client meetings with Business Development, the Senior Vice President, SSPC, and other senior operational personnel.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to foster repeat business.

• Collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory, and Safety teams.

• Aid functional teams in enhancing client relations and improving customer satisfaction.

• Support business development and marketing initiatives through participation in conferences, meetings, webinars, and the creation of white papers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a life science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• Significant experience in clinical research within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• Strong background in oncology.

• Proven experience at a senior level contributing to project oversight and successful delivery.

• Established history of maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer relationships.

• Previous experience in an oncology strategy role is preferred.

• An advanced degree is preferred.
