
Senior Director of Product – Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the multi-year vision, strategy, and strategic roadmap for Gordian’s Procurement product line.
• Recognize market trends, customer challenges, and regulatory shifts within public procurement, higher education, healthcare, and state/local government sectors.
• Propel portfolio integration between facility planning, FCAs, RSMeans cost data, and procurement workflows on the Gordian Cloud Platform.
• Achieve a balance between modernizing legacy platforms and enhancing scalable cloud capabilities along with AI-driven workflows.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities for Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Establish KPIs and frameworks for outcome-oriented product teams.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Utilize Fortive Business System tools to increase product velocity and quality.
• Convert market opportunities into prioritized backlogs and quantitative business cases.
• Monitor SaaS metrics, customer retention rates, feature adoption, and margin enhancement.
• Synchronize product roadmaps with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
• Advocate for Gordian’s Procurement and Planning offerings among clients, purchasing partners, and industry forums.
• Assist in M&A evaluations and the integration strategy for facility management and ConTech/PropTech.
• Over 12 years of progressive product management experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS).
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing other product managers.
• Extensive domain expertise in Construction Tech, PropTech, Facilities Management, Capital Planning, Asset Lifecycle Management, Public Sector, Higher Education Procurement, or GovTech software.
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio-level product strategy and the ability to justify strategic investments to executive committees.
• Proficient in modern Agile development practices.
• Experience with product-led growth strategies.
• Knowledgeable in Lean/Continuous Improvement principles.
• Strong financial insight, including impacts on P&L, pricing strategies, SaaS packaging, and product margin improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical area.
• An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fortive Business System or comparable Lean/Six-Sigma product frameworks is preferred.
• Direct experience with Job Order Contracting, RSMeans cost data, or enterprise facility assessment tools is preferred.
• Experience in transitioning legacy/desktop solutions to scalable, multi-tenant cloud platforms is preferred.
