Senior Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Define and advocate for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite.

• Oversee the execution of the product strategy encompassing ideation, development, launch, post-launch adoption, and iteration.

• Perform market and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, customer challenges, and opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success on product development, go-to-market approaches, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Engage with customers to collect insights, validate product ideas, and promote the adoption of new Conversational AI products and features.

• Manage and guide Product Managers and Business Analysts.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI, particularly in Conversational AI, and advocate for ethical and responsible use of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B SaaS setting.

• More than 3 years of experience directly overseeing and nurturing high-performing product management teams.

• Profound understanding and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, including AI governance principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their applications.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols.

• Proven capability to formulate and implement successful product strategies and roadmaps.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

• Experience in the multifamily PropTech sector is highly desirable.
