Senior Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Define and advocate for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite.

• Oversee the execution of product strategy throughout the phases of ideation, development, launch, post-launch adoption, and iteration.

• Perform market and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer challenges, and opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success on product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Engage with customers to collect insights, validate product concepts, and promote the adoption of new products and features.

• Manage and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts.

• Advocate for the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B SaaS context.

• 3+ years of experience directly overseeing and developing high-performing product management teams.

• Profound understanding of and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, including AI governance principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their applications.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols.

• Proven capability to create and implement successful product strategies and roadmaps.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

• Experience in the multifamily PropTech sector is a significant advantage.
