This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the overarching marketing strategy and annual planning in alignment with revenue, budget, and growth goals.
• Oversee the marketing P&L and budget distribution across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Foster data-driven decision-making through marketing attribution, customer analytics, and performance modeling.
• Share marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations with stakeholders.
• Discover and implement growth opportunities across various channels, partnerships, and customer segments.
• Lead the customer acquisition strategy via paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Generate briefs for video and written content.
• Enhance SEO and AI content optimization efforts.
• Manage paid media budgets and refine spending based on channel performance and attribution.
• Oversee creator and influencer programs, which include partner identification, contracts, campaign briefs, and performance tracking.
• Establish marketing partnerships with Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Orlando.
• Negotiate marketing collaborations and content partnerships.
• Act as the business lead and creator liaison at 6–8 creator activations each year, including travel to California and Florida.
• Implement AI-driven tools for content creation, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and strategic creators.
• Set team goals, KPIs, accountability frameworks, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Supervise brand strategy and content roadmap.
• Develop brand positioning, perform competitive analysis, and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, including content administration, SMS, GA4, attribution, automation, and AI tools.
• Assess and adopt marketing technology solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Proven success in owning marketing strategy, budget, and P&L within a direct-to-consumer and e-commerce context.
• Expertise in performance marketing across paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), SEO, email, and SMS.
• Experience in managing large-scale media budgets and optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
• Background in building and managing creator and influencer programs.
• Proficient in partner identification, contract negotiation, campaign management, and ROI measurement.
• Strong expertise in brand and content strategy.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate marketing teams.
• Experience in managing co-op marketing partnerships and negotiating joint promotional opportunities.
• Familiarity with the theme park or travel industry is highly desirable.
• Advanced analytical skills with marketing attribution modeling, GA4, customer analytics, and performance reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a tactical execution ability.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in presenting marketing strategy and performance to senior leadership and external partners.
