This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Take ownership of the quarterly demand generation strategy and budget, encompassing channel allocation, campaign sequencing, and forecasting.
• Convert pipeline and revenue objectives into practical demand plans tailored to various customer segments.
• Spearhead integrated campaigns across paid, organic, content, events, email, partnerships/referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Strengthen pipeline forecasting and make adjustments proactively to prevent shortfalls.
• Collaborate with RevOps to report on the connection between marketing activities and qualified pipeline as well as revenue results.
• Balance immediate pipeline objectives with long-term brand development and market-building initiatives.
• Take charge of evolving the Enterprise ABM strategy for key target accounts.
• Prioritize and categorize strategic accounts based on criteria such as fit, opportunity, intent, and business priorities.
• Create multi-touch programs incorporating content, paid, events, brand, and various other channels.
• Work alongside Sales on account strategies, pipeline priorities, deal-stage engagement, and follow-ups.
• Monitor engagement and penetration of target accounts to refine marketing investments.
• Directly manage and mentor the Growth Lead and Events & Partnerships Manager.
• Set priorities, coach the team, and foster accountability regarding results.
• Establish a consistent operational rhythm that ensures the team remains aligned and agile.
• Stay engaged in execution while ensuring you do not become a bottleneck.
• A minimum of 8 years in B2B demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing, preferably within a sales-driven SaaS context.
• Demonstrated ownership of qualified pipeline and revenue results.
• Significant experience in Enterprise ABM, focusing on account prioritization/tiering and coordinated Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Experience managing demand across diverse customer segments or motions, including scalable inbound programs and focused Enterprise campaigns.
• Proficient in multiple channels, including content, paid, email, events, organic, partnerships/referrals, and field programs.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and RevOps, comfortable discussing pipeline gaps, funnel conversion, attribution, forecasting, and account strategies.
• Experience in managing and developing a small team, agencies, and/or contractors.
• Strong strategic and creative decision-making abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively as a player-coach in a lean organizational structure.
