πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage a pipeline of potential Enterprise Members and Corporate/Strategic Partners across payer, provider, and life sciences sectors, from initial outreach to signed agreements.

β€’ Oversee the complete sales cycle for new membership prospects, including outbound prospecting, discovery calls, presentations on benefits and pricing, proposal creation, and contract finalization.

β€’ Direct the annual renewal process for a designated portfolio of Members, which involves monitoring renewal timelines, identifying at-risk accounts, and developing retention strategies.

β€’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, and their teams throughout the membership lifecycle.

β€’ Recognize upsell and expansion prospects within current Member accounts.

β€’ Keep precise and up-to-date pipeline, account, and forecast data in Salesforce.

β€’ Work in collaboration with the Marketing team on outbound initiatives, referral programs, and lead follow-ups.

β€’ Partner with the Member Experience and Curation teams to onboard new Members and foster engagement prior to renewal.

β€’ Represent Health Evolution at Summits, Connect events, and selected Forum Roundtables.

β€’ Contribute to discussions about pricing, packaging, and benefit strategies based on market insights and prospect feedback.

β€’ Mentor and offer guidance to junior members of the Membership team.

β€’ Meet new membership sales targets and quarterly pipeline objectives.

β€’ Ensure strong renewal rates and accurate forecasting.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, business development, or membership/association management position, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or a membership-based organization.

β€’ Proven track record of managing a full sales cycle and achieving renewal or retention targets.

β€’ Experience in forecasting and pipeline management within a CRM; Salesforce is preferred.

β€’ Ability to engage confidently with CEOs and other C-suite executives and their teams.

β€’ Strong grasp of, or capacity to quickly learn, the payer, provider, and life sciences landscape.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and executive-level presentations.

β€’ Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing a large and diverse account portfolio simultaneously.

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

β€’ Willingness to travel for Health Evolution gatherings and Member meetings (estimated 15–20%).
