This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Expand and maintain the Enterprise Membership and Partnership base for Health Evolution
β’ Manage a portfolio of potential and existing Members, fostering relationships with CEOs and C-suite executives
β’ Support prospects throughout the membership sales process and oversee the renewal operations
β’ Maintain a pipeline of potential Enterprise Members and Corporate/Strategic Partners within payer, provider, and life sciences sectors
β’ Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to signed agreements
β’ Direct annual renewals, monitor timelines, pinpoint at-risk accounts, and create retention strategies
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, and their teams
β’ Recognize upsell and expansion prospects within current Member accounts
β’ Ensure accurate pipeline, account, and forecast information in Salesforce
β’ Collaborate with Marketing on outbound initiatives, referral programs, and lead follow-ups
β’ Work alongside Member Experience and Curation teams on onboarding and engagement efforts
β’ Represent Health Evolution at Summits, Connect events, and select Forum Roundtables
β’ Contribute to discussions regarding pricing, packaging, and benefit strategies
β’ Mentor and support junior members of the Membership team
β’ Report directly to the EVP of Membership & Market Development
β’ Over 7 years of experience in a sales, business development, or membership/association management role that involves quotas
β’ Experience in healthcare, health tech, or a membership-driven organization is preferred
β’ Proven track record of managing a complete sales cycle and achieving renewal or retention goals
β’ Proficient in forecasting and pipeline management using a CRM; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
β’ Comfortable and credible in direct engagement with CEOs and other C-suite executives and their teams
β’ Strong grasp of, or the ability to rapidly learn about, the payer, provider, and life sciences sectors
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and executive-level presentations
β’ Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing a diverse account portfolio simultaneously
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
β’ Willingness to travel for Health Evolution events and Member meetings (approximately 15β20%)
β’ Flexibility to work remotely
