This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Lead communications in clinical, health economics, and outcomes research with decision-makers in population health.
• Disseminate scientific evidence and articulate product value propositions effectively.
• Provide leadership in field medical MVO regarding pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research.
• Support HEOR strategy while building and maintaining compliant relationships with KOLs and decision-makers in population health.
• Develop and sustain clinical expertise pertaining to relevant disease states, pipeline products, and marketed products.
• Establish scientifically credible peer-to-peer relationships with national, regional, Canadian provincial, and private payers as well as managed care organizations.
• Offer internal stakeholders insights on emerging trends in payer formulary, coverage, and reimbursement.
• Contribute to HEOR projects and lead customer outcome initiatives.
• Assist with HEOR and market-access tasks, including payer advisory boards, consulting, and HEOR projects.
• Present clinical and HEOR data to decision-makers in population health and external customers.
• Represent BeOne Medicines on HEOR matters at forums, conferences, and professional associations.
• Collaborate with market access, commercial, medical, HEOR, legal, compliance, clinical development, and other internal and external partners.
• Facilitate professional development and training for the HEOR team and internal stakeholders.
• Support value-based and outcomes-based metrics for payer customers.
• Complete work within the allocated budget.
• Travel approximately 70% for work-related activities.
• MD, PharmD, PhD, or a related advanced degree with over 10 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Alternatively, a master's degree with 15 years of relevant experience will be accepted.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with impactful presentation abilities.
• Experience in HEOR and presenting HEOR data to external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applying value-based/outcomes-based metrics with payer customers.
• Capacity to maintain full compliance with internal and external guidelines, regulations, policies, and codes.
• Proven track record of driving high-quality results as a strategic and creative thinker/leader.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a rapidly changing environment.
• Capability to establish and sustain effective relationships in a global, matrixed organization.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to determine, prioritize, and achieve objectives.
• Interest and capability in managing and supporting junior team members.
• Proficiency in PC usage is essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills in customer relationship management and database utilization, such as Veeva.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70%.
