This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and marketing leaders to formulate marketing strategies, monitor objectives, and enhance cross-departmental coordination.
• Publish performance scorecards, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), fulfill Board of Directors obligations, and manage business rhythms.
• Co-lead the Pipeline Council and oversee critical workstreams.
• Enhance the lead experience and pipeline advancement in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Propel the integration of marketing systems and foster ongoing technological innovation.
• Define the long-term vision, selection, architecture, and maintenance of the global MarTech ecosystem.
• Supervise marketing automation systems, scalable campaign execution, automated lead scoring, nurturing programs, and lead routing algorithms.
• Facilitate intent-based Sales Development lead prioritization in partnership with Sales Operations and IT.
• Monitor and refine the lead funnel and pipeline advancement.
• Establish multi-touch attribution models to assess channel performance, return on investment (ROI), and marketing's contribution to revenue.
• Direct the strategy and implementation of a Marketing Qualified Account mechanism in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Oversee annual budget planning and quarterly adjustments with marketing budget managers and Finance.
• Develop and implement operational processes for global data privacy compliance and data integrity.
• Lead a team of marketing operations and analytics experts.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in revenue, marketing, or business operations, emphasizing B2B go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in designing and operationalizing target account strategies, particularly Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) models and account scoring frameworks.
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, optimize pipeline velocity, and facilitate lead flow.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level MarTech architectures, in-depth marketing systems integrations, advanced automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Qualified, 6sense), and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
• Hands-on knowledge of lead scoring, multi-touch attribution platforms, and comprehensive funnel analytics.
• Experience managing budgets in an enterprise setting.
• Proven ability to develop processes that comply with global data privacy regulations.
• Experienced people manager with strong project management skills and a successful history of hiring, managing, and nurturing top talent.
