This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Act as the main owner of marketing operations for the Industrialized Construction & Informed Design portfolio.
• Create processes, manage lifecycles, establish measurement frameworks, and ensure systems alignment.
• Identify and apply AI-powered automation, segmentation, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with central Marketing Ops, Sales, and Product Marketing to synchronize tools, lifecycle definitions, governance, and execution standards.
• Develop and uphold frameworks for lead capture, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
• Guarantee data integrity and a smooth handoff to Sales.
• Design and sustain reporting frameworks and dashboards that encompass campaign performance, experimentation results, lifecycle conversion, pipeline effects, and marketing ROI.
• Set up campaign tracking, automation, UTM governance, and measurement criteria.
• Facilitate rapid experimentation while ensuring governance, compliance, data privacy, brand standards, and platform integrity.
• Recognize operational deficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology in a B2B setting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM-based marketing ecosystems, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, ensuring reliable lead flow, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
• Experience in designing or maintaining processes for lead capture, routing/scoring, lifecycle stages, and Sales handoff.
• Proven ability to convert marketing strategies and experimentation into scalable operational frameworks and measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and centralized operations teams within a B2B go-to-market framework.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Capacity to empower cross-functional partners to embrace new processes and methodologies.
• Comfortable working independently in uncertain, rapidly changing environments and influencing others without direct authority.
