This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that enhances awareness, preference, and inbound demand within hospital and ASC markets.
• Create scalable methods for segmentation, positioning, and messaging that align with buyer requirements and enterprise growth objectives.
• Maintain consistent, outcomes-focused messaging across digital platforms, field efforts, and thought leadership channels.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to convert product strategy into effective go-to-market actions.
• Facilitate new product, feature, and partnership launches through synchronized marketing initiatives.
• Deliver market and customer insights to guide roadmap prioritization and ensure commercial readiness.
• Develop marketing capabilities that empower commercial teams and physician advocates with the necessary tools, messaging, playbooks, and confidence to convey value effectively in intricate, multi-stakeholder buying scenarios.
• Create clinically credible, evidence-based narratives that differentiate the SaaS platform in terms of outcomes, efficiency, interoperability, and user experience.
• Reinforce the value of SaaS as a complementary component within broader EMR ecosystems through disciplined narrative development.
• Establish and expand the company's market presence and credibility with executive, clinical, and IT leaders—especially within large, strategic health systems.
• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives such as executive roundtables, benchmarking insights, white papers, and digital health content that resonate with C-suite, physician, and IT stakeholders.
• Shape the company's market identity, ensuring it is recognized as a trusted long-term innovation partner throughout the healthcare ecosystem.
• Promote a unified narrative that emphasizes the platform’s value in broader EMR settings, aiding both customer acquisition and expansion.
• Drive enterprise growth by linking marketing strategy with revenue targets, product adoption, and customer lifetime value.
• Mentor, coach, and manage performance to encourage individual growth and accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent by building strong capabilities and establishing clear career development pathways while offering continuous learning and advancement opportunities.
• Foster a high-performing culture that encourages engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in B2B, healthcare technology, or SaaS sectors, with 5-8 years in leadership positions.
• Proven success in building and scaling marketing organizations, rather than just managing established ones.
• Strong business acumen with experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate through complexity and change.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time is required.
