This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate in brand planning and strategic development for Healthcare Professional (HCP), Patient, and Medical Marketing initiatives.
• Convert field insights and real-world feedback into data-driven enhancements for programs.
• Oversee the Advisory Board execution from start to finish, covering recruitment, facilitation, and reporting.
• Manage peer-to-peer and patient ambassador programs, including speaker selection, coaching, events, and reporting.
• Conduct market research in the field to inform or validate brand strategy.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and programs from conception to execution, including handling agency relationships and promotional reviews.
• Serve as the Marketing liaison to aligned sales teams and provide education on brand programs.
• Develop engagement plans for regional business and manage relationships with HCPs/KOLs.
• Identify and engage emerging KOLs and secure their participation in congress events and other programs.
• Report and synthesize insights from KOLs, patients, and caregivers into actionable recommendations and trend/sentiment analyses.
• Manage operations and agency relationships for Patient Ambassador and Influencer programs, including contracting, content, and events.
• Oversee Speaker Bureau and Patient Ambassador/Influencer initiatives.
• Lead Medical Marketing initiatives through the processes of ideation, development, approval, execution, optimization, and evolution.
• Create content for peer-to-peer programs, product theaters, patient/caregiver programs, speaker training, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams to ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy.
• Assist in evolving Field Playbook guidelines and optimizing processes and procedures.
• Work in conjunction with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant guidelines and requirements.
• Excellent communicator and adept diplomat, capable of merging scientific knowledge with communication skills (strong clinical acumen).
• Solid understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in pharmaceutical promotions, industry guidelines, and compliance-related matters.
• Proven success in forging strong cross-functional relationships with medical, legal, regulatory, advocacy, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications teams.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and creativity applied to product positioning and messaging.
• Ability to maintain strategic alignment in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business, Health Policy, Science, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales experience preferred, or a Master’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of similar experience preferred.
• Willing to travel 50% or more.
