This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
β’ Supervise SNF and Senior Living facilities throughout North Dakota
β’ Provide comprehensive leadership and administration for one or more long-term care sites
β’ Manage daily operations of the facility while ensuring optimal use of staffing and resources
β’ Create strategic plans, including assessments of facilities, to improve resident care and hold staff accountable for departmental objectives
β’ Oversee activities related to infection prevention and control, safety, quality assurance, and HIPAA compliance
β’ Maintain goals related to resident care, safety, education, and community service
β’ Enhance necessary services and identify cost-effective delivery methods
β’ Advise leadership on strategic responses to the state and local healthcare landscape
β’ Direct facility-wide financial planning, budgeting, investment priorities, and policy issues
β’ Mentor and develop managers and staff in line with the organization's mission, vision, and values
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory
β’ Master's degree is preferred
β’ A minimum of five years of administrative management experience is required, ideally within the healthcare sector
β’ Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/Value-Based Payment benefit programs is essential
β’ In-depth knowledge and understanding of state and local healthcare regulations and standards
β’ Comprehensive understanding of local and regional economics and service requirements within the industry
β’ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various business applications, legal documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations and statutes
