📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the strategic vision for SHP's professional learning framework.

• Convert strategy into implementable plans, roadmaps, performance metrics, and accountability measures to ensure successful execution and outcomes.

• Supervise the design, development, writing, and ongoing enhancement of materials aimed at educators.

• Manage external subject matter experts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope.

• Design systems for training trainers and professional learning offerings.

• Lead the annual planning process for the Professional Learning team, tracking progress through defined metrics.

• Collaborate with Evaluation and Quality Improvement teams for pilot assessments and necessary adjustments.

• Work across departments to promote organizational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Adult Education, K-12 Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field is required.

• Over 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and writing professional learning programs for educators, youth-serving professionals, or similar audiences.

• More than 10 years of experience with K-12 school systems, out-of-school time (OST) programs, community-based education settings, or similar learning environments.
