This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Take charge of the strategic direction, governance, and execution of the technology investment portfolio for Health Systems and Government Services.
β’ Oversee portfolio plans for technical products, platforms, and capabilities by aligning roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery timelines with enterprise goals and customer commitments.
β’ Act as the senior technology partner and primary IT advisor to business leadership in Health Systems and Government Services, collaborating with Field Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales, Government Services, APS, and Digital Innovation.
β’ Manage comprehensive portfolio management, encompassing investment planning, capital allocation, budgeting, prioritization, forecasting, and delivery governance.
β’ Convert enterprise growth goals into multi-year technology roadmaps for commercial platforms, digital capabilities, and transformational projects.
β’ Provide executive oversight for complex, high-stakes strategic, financial, operational, and technology tradeoff decisions.
β’ Create and lead portfolio governance frameworks across interconnected programs, products, and strategic initiatives.
β’ Guide product leaders in establishing decision-making frameworks, accountability, and uniform operating standards.
β’ Negotiate enterprise tradeoffs with senior stakeholders concerning scope, funding, timing, and risk management.
β’ Direct portfolio investment decisions by assessing value, risk, dependencies, and delivery feasibility.
β’ Present portfolio options, recommendations, and potential consequences to executive leadership.
β’ Develop portfolio performance metrics and outcome mechanisms to ensure benefits realization.
β’ Incorporate regulatory, privacy, quality, and product integrity requirements into portfolio strategies and platform decisions.
β’ Influence leadership continuity and talent development plans across the portfolio.
β’ Mentor staff members to cultivate future leaders.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 12 years of experience in technical product management, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, or a related field is required.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
β’ Cross-disciplinary expertise in operations, finance, human capital, and risk management.
β’ Significant experience in the Health Systems & Government Services industry.
β’ Capability to conceptualize complex, ambiguous issues and design enterprise-scale technical solutions.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with a focus on change management, IT delivery, and operational excellence.
β’ Familiarity with working in a Microsoft Stack environment.
β’ Proven ability to drive enterprise process improvements and evaluate portfolio performance metrics.
β’ Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Enterprise eCommerce applications is preferred.
β’ Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
