Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Enhance organizational efficiency throughout the Horizontals by creating and executing human capital strategies that align with operational objectives, executive responsibilities, and mission goals.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to roll out national programs and initiatives that promote a high-performance, values-centric culture within clinical and operational teams.

• Manage human resources service delivery across the market to optimize operations, improve the consumer experience, and empower frontline leaders.

• Evaluate workforce data and market trends in conjunction with national HR partners to anticipate staffing requirements, boost associate engagement, and develop a robust workforce pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership or management, OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership or management.

• No specific licensure, certification, or registration required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience is preferred.

• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
