
Senior Director, Global Partner Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Establish and create a top-tier global Partner Success operating model.
• Formulate strategies, data analytics, and management systems to transition partners from onboarding to sustained delivery maturity.
• Set global standards, segmentation, engagement motions, partner health scoring, escalation paths, dashboards, and operating cadence.
• Convert market, pipeline, and customer demand into partner capability and capacity requirements by region, solution, and delivery role.
• Identify capability gaps and initiate corrective actions.
• Align certification, training, knowledge transfer, and role-based enablement with market demands.
• Enhance the capacity for qualified partner-led services.
• Ensure cross-functional accountability for partner joint success plans, business reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Oversee and enhance implementation quality through readiness reviews, quality gates, assurance, and remediation mechanisms.
• Define business requirements for partner success tools, data stewardship, and workflow integration.
• Leverage data and insights to boost partner adoption, engagement, capacity, quality, and contributions.
• Design the comprehensive partner success lifecycle from recruitment handoff to maturity.
• Articulate the Partner Success vision, service model, organizational design, roles, processes, and investment roadmap.
• Report directly to the SVP of Global Alliances.
• Develop a disciplined execution plan to drive measurable ecosystem capacity, pipeline, and implementation results.
• Proven leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, consulting, or within a technology ecosystem.
• Strong track record in building or transforming global partner/customer success capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of GSIs, regional systems integrators, and strategic technology partners.
• Ideally possess robust supply chain expertise and experience with APS systems.
• Demonstrated success in designing partner lifecycle, enablement, governance, health, quality, and performance management frameworks on a global scale.
• Experience in transforming operating models, including organization design, change management, process adoption, and executive-level business cases.
• Strong knowledge of complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience in supply chain planning, transformation, or mission-critical applications is highly valued.
• Commercially insightful and analytically rigorous.
• Mature and senior presence with excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to influence senior internal and external leaders without relying on direct authority.
