This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement a new global Partner Success operational framework.
• Formulate strategies, data analytics, and management systems to transition partners from onboarding to consistent delivery maturity.
• Set global standards, partner segmentation, engagement strategies, health scoring, escalation protocols, dashboards, and operational rhythm.
• Convert market demand, pipeline, and customer requirements into partner capability and capacity needs by region, solution, and delivery role.
• Identify capability gaps and initiate corrective actions.
• Align certification, training, knowledge transfer, and role-specific enablement with market requirements.
• Enhance the capacity of qualified partner-led services.
• Ensure accountability for partner joint success plans, business reviews, and decision-making forums for strategic partners.
• Oversee and elevate implementation quality through readiness assessments, quality checkpoints, assurance, and remediation strategies.
• Specify business requirements for partner-success tools, data management, and workflow integration.
• Leverage data and insights to enhance partner adoption, engagement, capacity, quality, and contributions.
• Design the partner success journey from recruitment transfer to onboarding, enablement, activation, delivery readiness, performance management, growth, and maturity.
• Establish the global Partner Success vision, service framework, organizational design, roles, processes, and investment roadmap.
• Report directly to the SVP of Global Alliances.
• Build and manage the Partner Success team.
• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, consulting, or a technology ecosystem.
• Proven track record of creating or transforming global partner/customer success capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of GSIs, regional systems integrators, and strategic technology partners.
• Experience in designing partner lifecycle, enablement, governance, health, quality, and performance-management frameworks on a global scale.
• Background in transforming operating models, including organizational design, change leadership, process adoption, and executive-level business cases.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience in supply chain planning, transformation, or mission-critical applications is highly regarded.
• Commercially savvy and analytically skilled.
• Mature and senior presence, with effective communication and stakeholder leadership.
• Ability to influence senior internal and external leaders without relying solely on direct authority.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.
• Strong expertise in supply chain management and experience with APS systems is preferred.
