This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of fundamental, role-agnostic Global Enablement Programs that align with Axiom’s commercial goals.
• Convert Enablement strategy into structured programs, learning experiences, reinforcement activities, and field execution.
• Set learning and behavioral objectives and design deliverables to meet those objectives.
• Enhance the rigor and consistency in the development, launch, reinforcement, measurement, and improvement of Enablement programs.
• Manage the strategy and execution of Axiom’s commercial new-hire onboarding program to speed up readiness, productivity, and ramp-up time.
• Create onboarding learning pathways from the initial onboarding phase through to zero-to-first-close, including curriculum sequencing, readiness milestones, practice, reinforcement, and manager participation.
• Define and monitor ramp and productivity milestones, assessing onboarding effectiveness through both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop scalable programs that enhance the capabilities of sellers and managers while promoting the adoption of sales methods, skills, playbooks, and operational practices.
• Establish KPIs, baselines, and success metrics for significant Enablement programs.
• Analyze commercial performance data, Enablement metrics, dashboards, field feedback, and other indicators to evaluate effectiveness and pinpoint gaps.
• Collaborate with RevOps, GTM Transformation, Sales leadership, Marketing, managers, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into hypotheses, insights, recommendations, and executive reports.
• Set standards for program design and execution, quality control, repeatable operational practices, accountability, and scalable processes.
• Identify practical applications of AI and emerging technologies within Enablement and commercial workflows.
• Act as a senior operating partner to the VP of Sales Enablement, shaping strategy within Global Programs and managing delegated programs.
• Navigate complex cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with senior and executive audiences.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related commercial function, with substantial leadership experience.
• Proven experience in designing and leading scalable Enablement programs within a complex B2B setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build or significantly enhance new-hire onboarding and ramp programs.
• Experience in defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and leveraging insights to enhance programs and influence business decisions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavior change, facilitation, reinforcement, and manager-led coaching.
• Capability to translate business strategy and performance needs into actionable Enablement programs.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with senior sales and business leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring clarity to ambiguity, and transition from strategy to execution.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• A builder mindset with the capacity to create structure, establish new operational practices, and continuously enhance existing processes.
