This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design and implement Veralto's global talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans.
• Act as Veralto's senior talent acquisition authority and a trusted advisor to business and HR leadership.
• Provide guidance to leadership on talent acquisition, workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and potential talent risks.
• Foster partnerships with business leaders to comprehend growth strategies, operational priorities, capability needs, and workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to present a cohesive talent strategy.
• Develop scalable recruiting capabilities and operational models that support organic growth, market expansion, transformation initiatives, and integration of acquisitions.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team.
• Set performance expectations, accountability standards, and development plans for Talent Acquisition leaders and their teams.
• Create and sustain external talent pipelines for enterprise leadership roles.
• Oversee Executive Talent Acquisition and collaborate with executives to identify and attract leadership talent.
• Manage the global TA P&L and budget, including vendor management, contracts, and invoicing.
• Enhance forecast accuracy, cost-per-hire efficiency, and measurable return on talent investments.
• Streamline service delivery and propel TA transformation through GPO, HR Shared Services, and enabling technologies.
• Direct the global Recruitment Process Outsourcing strategy, operational model, and governance framework.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership strategies.
• Offer leadership on the recruiting technology roadmap.
• Optimize recruiting workflows via automation, digital tools, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Promote operational effectiveness, productivity, and scalability throughout the recruiting function.
• Travel approximately 30%, with variations based on business requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA with HR and Finance specializations is preferred.
• 15+ years of advancing Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading complex global recruiting organizations within a multi-business or matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior executives and business leaders.
• Extensive knowledge in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting operations, and talent acquisition technology.
• Experience spearheading large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives.
• Background in managing strategic RPO partnerships and variable TA workforce models.
• Experience in establishing TA GPO and collaborating with shared services is an added advantage.
• Strong financial acumen is essential.
• High proficiency in technology.
• Preferred experience in supporting industrial, manufacturing, technology, or diversified operating company environments.
• Preferred experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operating systems.
