• Assist in leading comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational priorities, transformation initiatives, and business growth.
• Create integrated communication and change management plans that facilitate organizational, technological, operational, and cultural transformation.
• Convert business strategies into engaging narratives that foster understanding, alignment, and action.
• Enhance employee awareness, readiness, and acceptance of strategic initiatives while mitigating change fatigue.
• Develop scalable frameworks and best practices for enterprise communications and change management.
• Act as a trusted communications advisor and strategic partner to executive and senior leadership.
• Formulate executive communication strategies, messaging platforms, speeches, presentations, thought leadership content, and leadership engagement plans.
• Oversee and maintain enterprise executive communications and leadership event calendars.
• Guide leaders through transformational periods, organizational changes, acquisitions, crises, and significant business milestones.
• Enhance employee engagement, trust, and organizational culture through intentional communications.
• Create communication toolkits and leadership resources for managers.
• Spearhead communication initiatives that promote engagement, trust, belonging, and transparency within a diverse global workforce.
• Establish and evolve a top-tier enterprise communications function.
• Develop communication governance, planning processes, measurement frameworks, and operational rhythms.
• Maintain an enterprise editorial calendar aligned with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations, Corporate Development, and business leaders to synchronize messaging and communication strategies.
• Enhance communication capabilities through technology, data, and innovation.
• Test and implement AI-driven tools to boost communication effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, employee engagement, trust, adoption, and business impact utilizing measurement frameworks.
• Support enterprise reputation management and strategic issues communication.
• Develop communication strategies that ensure continuity, transparency, and trust during periods of uncertainty and growth.
• Position enterprise communications as a trusted strategic partner in planning and transformation.
• Enforce communications governance, planning processes, and measurement frameworks.
• Establish baseline metrics for trust, reputation, engagement, and change adoption.
• Provide communications support for strategic business, technology, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Enhance manager preparedness and the effectiveness of leadership communication.
• Increase employee comprehension of company strategy, priorities, and organizational changes.
• Drive measurable enhancements in adoption, engagement, alignment, and organizational readiness.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in a communications and public relations leadership position.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proven track record of creating compelling communications that engage, educate, and inspire various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, coach, and consult with executive and senior-level leaders across functions, businesses, and/or countries.
• Experience in enhancing and refining company branding, values, and behaviors.
• Displays presence, confidence, maturity, and emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to lead or support large-scale communications initiatives, including assembling and directing resources to meet deadlines.
• Willingness and capability to manage multiple competing priorities across various time zones and global teams.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in change communication, project management, prioritization, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the capability to adapt content for diverse channels and audiences; proficiency in AP style.
• Previous experience with public companies, either directly or through an agency.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, ClickUp, internal communications technology (SharePoint, Poppulo), and PR technology (Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, Business Wire, etc.) is a plus.
• Annual bonus of 20%.
