This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Transform the service delivery of Enterprise Applications into a high-performing solution delivery organization.
β’ Establish delivery processes, governance frameworks, and operational models to enhance throughput, predictability, and quality.
β’ Foster trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and align technology investments and roadmaps with strategic priorities.
β’ Create portfolio and demand governance for disciplined intake, prioritization, and execution.
β’ Minimize and rationalize application and project backlogs while maintaining a balance between capacity and demand.
β’ Identify and implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and practices across relationship management, product ownership, business analysis, and project management.
β’ Promote the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices to enhance productivity, quality, and speed.
β’ Standardize practices for requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
β’ Implement enterprise-wide operational standards for intake, prioritization, planning, execution, reporting, and governance.
β’ Provide executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
β’ Lead, coach, and develop leaders and individual contributors across various disciplines.
β’ Set expectations, accountability, career development paths, and succession plans.
β’ Achieve measurable improvements in lead time, backlog health, stakeholder satisfaction, and AI-enabled productivity.
β’ Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Applications, technology delivery, product, or program management disciplines.
β’ More than 6 years of experience leading managers and large cross-functional technology organizations.
β’ Proven success in transforming delivery organizations, operating models, or enterprise application functions, including complex portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives.
β’ Experience in leading Business Relationship Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Project Management organizations is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation capabilities, and modern Agile, hybrid, and enterprise-scale delivery practices is preferred.
β’ Experience with ERP, HCM, Finance, Payroll, CRM, or other large-scale enterprise business systems, including delivery metrics, governance frameworks, and executive dashboards.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to partner with and influence senior business and technology executives.
β’ Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7β8 hours a day.
β’ Competence in operating computer and phone systems, typing, and using multiple software programs simultaneously.
β’ Must be available five days a week during designated work hours.
