This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead impactful initiatives that enhance access to mental health care via data-driven marketing strategies.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing.
• Spearhead strategic member communication programs across Lyra’s portfolio, with an emphasis on large and intricate accounts.
• Oversee and mentor a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers.
• Transition the team from execution-focused tasks to strategic consulting and operational excellence.
• Shift employers from mere benefits promotion to integrating Lyra’s marketing within broader operational and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams.
• Develop scalable frameworks that address customer needs, enhance Net Revenue Retention, and promote efficient company growth.
• Own the team's annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives.
• Establish operational strategies and governance, which include standardized tools, templates, and AI-driven processes.
• Convert data and funnel metrics into customer-oriented narratives and targeted marketing action plans.
• Create and maintain scalable marketing playbooks categorized by industry, customer tenure, segment, and product configuration.
• Analyze and report on performance, linking communication program results to business impact and customer health outcomes.
• Ensure sustainable workloads while safeguarding the team’s strategic thinking capacity.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or relationship-driven corporate marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years in successfully managing and developing a team.
• Experience in digital health or fast-paced technology companies is preferred.
• Proven success in formulating corporate marketing strategies that yield measurable user outcomes in high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional skill in translating complex data and metrics into engaging strategic insights for internal executives and external client benefits leaders.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, persuading diverse customer stakeholders to embrace marketing recommendations.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to navigate complex initiatives, manage tight deadlines, and address client account escalations.
• Capability to work independently while proactively overseeing teams and objectives.
• A background in healthcare or employee benefits is highly preferred.
• A genuine passion for mental health.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, and/or Confluence is an advantage.
