This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and industrialize enterprise data and digital product solutions into reusable, production-ready assets.
• Lead the Data Architecture function and take ownership of the scalable, flexible, enterprise-agnostic data model.
• Establish architectural direction, standards, and reference models for the Data Engineering and Analysis teams.
• Oversee the ingestion, structuring, and layering strategy in collaboration with IT and Data Engineering.
• Manage the end-to-end solution architecture that connects data and digital product capabilities to centralized medallion architecture models.
• Create reusable solution blueprints and reference patterns.
• Convert architectural intent into implementable, production-ready designs.
• Utilize AI and automation throughout modeling and solution processes to minimize modeling time.
• Refactor custom solutions onto the centralized Silver layer.
• Develop repeatable patterns and accelerators for production-ready assets.
• Integrate data and digital product solutions with shared, reusable sources.
• Collaborate with Digital Product and Analytics teams to incorporate AI and automation into product workflows.
• Centralize AI-assisted modeling patterns, templates, and reusable components.
• Set standards for data architecture, solution design, AI, and automation.
• Empower Data Engineering and Analysis teams to embrace architectural patterns and automation accelerators.
• Proven senior leadership experience in data architecture, solution architecture, data modeling, data/analytics solution delivery, automation, or applied AI within an enterprise data environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a data architecture function and designing scalable, enterprise-agnostic data models.
• Proven ability to design and industrialize custom or prototype solutions into reusable, production-ready assets.
• Strong understanding of medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), reusable modeling, and enterprise-agnostic data design.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated code evaluation, and controlled promotion to production.
• Capability to apply AI and automation to expedite modeling, integration, and solutioning while maintaining quality and governance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
• Reliable internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed when working from home.
