This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver technical guidance in an architectural specialty area.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
• Make autonomous decisions regarding technical issues and methodologies.
• Address significant technical inquiries.
• Organize and plan project work.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of architects.
• Encourage collaboration, innovation, responsibility, and professional development.
• Track project performance while proactively managing risks and challenges.
• Ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Supervise quality management procedures and uphold technical excellence.
• Engage in challenging projects across a diverse clientele.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related discipline, combined with 8 years of pertinent experience or a demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
• Professional licensure in the relevant field of study.
• Preferred 15+ years of experience at a major architectural firm, including over 5 years in project management and leadership roles.
• Familiarity with one or more specialized sectors: workplace, federal, higher education, or healthcare.
• Experience with various delivery methods: Design-Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB).
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Experience in supporting proposals, client pursuits, and interviews.
• Proven capability to lead teams and successfully deliver projects in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience contributing to thought leadership via panels, presentations, or publications.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available now or in the future.
