This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Develop, implement, and nurture cooperative business alliances between Revlon brands and CVS.
• Achieve volume, market share, profitability, and customer category growth targets.
• Direct customer strategy across all Revlon brands while cultivating executive-level partnerships.
• Convert company and customer priorities into long-term strategies, annual collaborative business plans, and commercial initiatives.
• Oversee long-term strategy and annual Joint Business Planning with CVS.
• Build customer relationships across merchandising, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and digital/omnichannel teams.
• Identify and implement business drivers such as volume forecasting, category expansion, POG strategy, secondary space, innovation, and promotional activation.
• Responsible for annual gross sales and P&L performance for CVS.
• Establish volume targets, customer P&Ls, and investment strategies.
• Present business updates to senior leaders at Revlon.
• Monitor volume, consumption, share, profitability, and investment performance.
• Create and oversee weekly and annual consumption plans.
• Utilize customer, POS, syndicated, market, and competitive data to pinpoint opportunities and risks.
• Transform insights into customer-ready selling narratives and action plans.
• Lead 4P execution across product, pricing, promotions, and placement.
• Collaborate with demand planning, inventory management, replenishment, and logistics regarding shipment forecasts and service challenges.
• Manage Market Development Fund investments, ROI analysis, account claims, and customer P&L.
• Reduce risks associated with returns, markdowns, and discontinued inventory.
• Lead and mentor Customer Business Managers, Associate Customer Business Managers, Analysts, and broker support teams.
• Offer coaching, performance feedback, development planning, and succession support.
• Provide channel leadership and assistance across the wider Sales organization.
• Perform additional related tasks as necessary.
• A minimum of 10 years in direct selling, customer business management, commercial strategy, or related CPG experience is essential.
• Experience in cosmetics/beauty is highly preferred.
• Experience in the drug channel is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with managing CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, or similar national retail partnerships is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing customer P&L, gross sales, trade/MDF investments, forecasting, and cross-functional business planning.
• Prior leadership experience is mandatory, encompassing coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Capability to identify sustainable short- and long-term growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate POS, syndicated, financial, and marketplace data into sales tools and customer business strategies.
• Proven ability to drive results across various priorities and stakeholders.
• Competence to function as a hands-on commercial leader while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Demonstrated success in planning, monitoring, and delivering results from strategy through to execution.
• Experience in developing business-enhancing ideas based on customer insights, shopper needs, category dynamics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to identify white-space opportunities in innovation, merchandising, retail media, omnichannel, beauty services, and shopper engagement.
• Proficient in anticipating issues and formulating proactive solutions.
• Skillful in assessing complex issues and aligning stakeholders on optimal courses of action.
• Executive presence and effective communication skills with senior customer contacts and Revlon leadership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and align internal teams around customer priorities and execution needs.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat are required.
• Experience with access or data visualization is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer portals, POS/syndicated data platforms, forecasting tools, and financial planning systems is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
