This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the main deputy and operational partner to the VP of Finance.
• Lead the global financial framework, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and scalable accounting practices across all international branches.
• Serve as a vital advisor to executive leadership, managing enterprise-level risks and promoting organizational change.
• Design and supervise the global financial infrastructure, enhancing high-performance accounting operations and comprehensive financial reporting systems.
• Deliver essential insights to guide enterprise-wide business strategies.
• Direct the enterprise risk management approach, ensuring adherence to regulations and protecting global assets from emerging financial risks.
• Advocate for digital transformation initiatives within the finance department to boost efficiency, automation, and decision-support capabilities.
• Lead intricate global M&A integration efforts, ensuring smooth financial consolidation and operational synergy.
• Establish and oversee enterprise-wide financial policies that promote fiscal discipline, scalability, and compliance with global accounting standards.
• Nurture and develop a high-performing global finance leadership team, fostering a culture of strategic accountability and continuous professional growth.
• Partner with the VP of Finance to outline the long-term financial strategy, concentrating on capital efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Manage audit strategies and complex relationships with external auditors, ensuring transparency and high governance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area, along with a required CPA certification.
• A minimum of twelve to fifteen (12–15) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least five to ten (5–10) years in a significant senior leadership role within a complex, global environment.
• Two to three (2–3) years of experience at the Director level.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards, with proven capabilities in managing audits and ensuring compliance.
• Proficient in financial systems and software, with extensive experience utilizing Sage or similar ERP platforms.
• High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem.
• Expert in developing financial models, performing variance analysis, and driving process enhancements across finance functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within complex organizational frameworks.
• Must be available to work during US EST business hours, with some flexibility and necessary schedule overlap.
• Preferred qualifications include: MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, and prior experience in a global BPO environment.
