Senior Director – Corporate Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the company's representative among external stakeholders while developing and implementing the Corporate Affairs strategy in Germany.

• Enhance the company's reputation, foster stakeholder relationships, and focus on patient-centric outcomes.

• Design and carry out the Corporate Affairs & Communications strategy for BeOne in Germany.

• Build and sustain relationships with various stakeholder groups.

• Oversee the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and programs.

• Lead a team of three professionals in Government Relations, Communications, and Patient Advocacy.

• Travel requirement: up to 30%.

• Elevate the voice of patients and collaborate with external stakeholders to ultimately facilitate patient access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a scientific education and/or experience in similar roles.

• A degree in communications/PR, public health/policy, or an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Have 12+ years of relevant work experience in Corporate Affairs positions.

• Strong understanding of the legal framework governing the healthcare system and related regulations for collaboration.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proven success in a small yet rapidly growing, entrepreneurial commercial setting.

• High social competence and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Highly motivated, solution-focused, and possess a positive outlook.

• Think and work with a focus on success, service, and commercial outcomes.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Confident demeanor with strong stakeholder acceptance due to expertise in communication, healthcare systems, medical knowledge, and scientific knowledge.

• Hands-on experience in operations and strategic planning.

• Fluent in both German and English.
