This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Learning & Development function at Experian Health, catering to external clients.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and implementation of a scalable client education program.
• Oversee instructor-led training, on-demand eLearning, video tutorials, learning labs, and the client Learning Portal.
• Build and manage a team of instructional designers and client educators.
• Advocate for innovation, including the responsible use of AI in learning content.
• Enhance client adoption, self-service utilization, product proficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct the multi-year roadmap for Client Education across Experian Health products.
• Establish benchmarks for instructional quality, accessibility, and consistency throughout curricula and client-facing courses.
• Provide insights on capacity, prioritization, and risk to leadership.
• Guide the development and updates of eLearning and training materials.
• Create scalable authoring workflows, templates, and governance structures.
• Manage the client Learning Portal (LMS), including learning plans, enrollment, and reporting.
• Utilize learning-effectiveness metrics and client feedback to enhance curricula and delivery.
• Lead change management efforts related to product releases, workflow modifications, and client adoption.
• Develop strategies for product adoption from implementation through advanced utilization and optimization.
• Over 8 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• More than 8 years of experience in Client Education.
• At least 8 years of experience training leadership, including building and leading teams, within healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management settings.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling blended learning programs for external clients or end-users.
• Familiarity with applying AI in L&D to expedite content development, enhance quality, and boost efficiency.
• Practical experience with eLearning authoring tools and administration of learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and familiarity with Experian Health solutions is advantageous.
• Experience in contributing to process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Epic experience is considered a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
