This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement annual and multi-year plans for CDO membership growth in Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and North Carolina.
• Facilitate AEP readiness and manage enrollment execution across all four regions.
• Collaborate with Provider Contracting, CDO market leadership, and directly contracted physician groups to meet enrollment objectives and activation strategies.
• Assess market-level enrollment trends, competitive positioning, physician practice dynamics, and opportunities for membership expansion.
• Design and maintain growth analytics frameworks that track enrollment, attribution, membership trends, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Optimize resource allocation and communicate results to CDO leadership.
• Develop and manage the CDO growth budget.
• Distribute resources among markets, physician group activation initiatives, and AEP campaigns.
• Monitor spending in relation to enrollment and membership outcomes, reallocating investments towards high-performing channels.
• Build, lead, and nurture the CDO Strategic Growth team.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and oversee the performance and retention of marketing and growth personnel.
• Plan, assign, and direct tasks; evaluate performance; reward and discipline staff; address complaints and resolve issues.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in growth, marketing, or business development.
• Proven record of driving measurable growth in membership, enrollment, or market share within managed care or Medicare Advantage sectors.
• Extensive experience collaborating directly with health plans, CDOs, or physician groups in a Medicare Advantage context.
• Direct responsibility for enrollment or attribution outcomes.
• Experience in developing and implementing annual and multi-year growth strategies with measurable results in membership and enrollment.
• Proficient in coordinating AEP readiness and promotional execution across various markets.
• Capability to build and manage growth analytics frameworks, track ROI, and optimize investment decisions based on enrollment and attribution performance data.
• Experience in analyzing market-level enrollment trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for membership growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience combined with education may be considered.
• Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage marketing regulations, AEP requirements, and CMS marketing guidelines.
• Expertise in developing and executing Medicare Advantage growth plans and enrollment strategies.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement AEP readiness and enrollment initiatives across multiple markets.
• Ability to establish and maintain growth analytics frameworks.
• Experience managing substantial growth and marketing budgets across different markets and programs.
• Established ability to collaborate with Provider Contracting, CDO market leadership, and directly contracted physician groups.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing CDO growth team.
• Preferred: Director or Sr. Director-level experience in Medicare Advantage.
• Preferred: Experience in value-based care growth strategy, physician group engagement, or multi-market managed care.
• Preferred: Experience in data integration at the physician practice level.
