This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Propel the President's key initiatives from conception to execution.
• Establish an operational framework centered around bi-weekly cycles and immediate objectives.
• Serve as the representative of the President in relevant internal and external environments.
• Execute directives and initiatives with authority and confidentiality.
• Manage preparation and follow-up for meetings with the board, customers, partners, and internal leadership.
• Monitor action items to completion alongside critical partners and clients.
• Function as a strategic advisor to the President.
• Anticipate requirements, facilitate decisions, and provide knowledgeable feedback.
• Analyze business metrics and deliver evidence-based support for decision-making.
• Accompany the President on significant travel and at high-priority meetings.
• Document decisions, foster alignment, and ensure tracking of subsequent actions to completion.
• Cultivate trusted relationships throughout the organization.
• Identify risks and opportunities while establishing feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with communications, investor relations, and PR on the President's messaging.
• Take ownership of agendas and materials for leadership and segment meetings.
• Assist in the identification, hiring, and onboarding of additional talent for the President's office.
• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial, business operations, management consulting, or a strategic operator position.
• Ideally, experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record as a Chief of Staff or in a comparable high-impact operational role supporting a senior executive.
• Technical and product knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Unwavering follow-through and an aptitude for systems thinking.
• Sound judgment and discretion concerning sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to influence executive stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving skills in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.
• Self-motivated and willing to work at any scope level.
• Willingness to travel periodically with the President and adjust to shifting priorities in real time.
