Senior Director, Biometrics

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and governance for biometrics delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Establish and nurture robust partnerships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of escalation for biometrics and a trusted advisor.

• Work collaboratively with client and internal leadership teams to align biometrics strategy with business goals, clinical development priorities, and future portfolio requirements.

• Drive operational excellence by effectively overseeing delivery performance, resource allocation, risk management, and quality metrics.

• Lead global, cross-functional teams to guarantee successful execution and consistent delivery across intricate clinical programs.

• Foster long-term account success through proactive planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and operational efficiency.

• Advocate for innovation and best practices within biometrics functions to promote efficient and high-quality clinical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Extensive leadership and technical expertise in Biometrics, including Biostatistics and Statistical Programming.

• Proven success in managing strategic client relationships within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing executive oversight for large-scale clinical development programs and global delivery teams.

• Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and biometrics operations.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment within complex, matrixed organizations.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving business results.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
