This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
β’ Provide strategic direction and governance for biometrics delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
β’ Establish and nurture robust partnerships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of escalation for biometrics and a trusted advisor.
β’ Work collaboratively with client and internal leadership teams to align biometrics strategy with business goals, clinical development priorities, and future portfolio requirements.
β’ Drive operational excellence by effectively overseeing delivery performance, resource allocation, risk management, and quality metrics.
β’ Lead global, cross-functional teams to guarantee successful execution and consistent delivery across intricate clinical programs.
β’ Foster long-term account success through proactive planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and operational efficiency.
β’ Advocate for innovation and best practices within biometrics functions to promote efficient and high-quality clinical development.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ An advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Extensive leadership and technical expertise in Biometrics, including Biostatistics and Statistical Programming.
β’ Proven success in managing strategic client relationships within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting.
β’ Demonstrated experience providing executive oversight for large-scale clinical development programs and global delivery teams.
β’ Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and biometrics operations.
β’ Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment within complex, matrixed organizations.
β’ Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving business results.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
