📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage efficient health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs throughout North America.

• Oversee the operational budget across multiple regions utilizing financial modeling and market analysis.

• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and regional regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, and Payroll departments to review filings and minimize risk.

• Manage strategic relationships with carriers and vendors to control claim expenses, enhance service delivery, and maximize the value of total rewards.

• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of benefits professionals.

• Translate corporate objectives into actionable operational goals.

• Enhance Iron Mountain’s total rewards framework through sustainable and impactful benefits strategies across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

• Collaborate with senior executive leadership to balance fiscal responsibility with competitive workforce support programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in benefits management, overseeing complex multi-country portfolios across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

• In-depth knowledge of statutory benefits, tax regulations, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and regional governance frameworks.

• Proven financial expertise with a track record in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and developing scalable, financially sustainable plan designs.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to simplify complex compliance and financial information into clear decision-making frameworks for senior leadership.
