This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Executive Sponsor and Engagement Executive for Command Center initiatives.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives and hospital leaders.

• Provide guidance to senior leadership on enterprise operating models, capacity management, patient flow, workforce optimization, and health system transformation.

• Facilitate decision-making processes and align stakeholders effectively.

• Address critical challenges related to delivery, scope, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

• Oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of Command Center initiatives.

• Guide the development of future workflows, governance structures, staffing models, operating mechanisms, and approaches to change management.

• Establish and enhance delivery methodologies, implementation standards, risk management frameworks, and best practices.

• Ensure measurable outcomes in operational, clinical, financial, and patient-centered areas.

• Collaborate across various programs to expand proven transformation methodologies.

• Shape product strategy and innovation priorities in partnership with Product, Engineering, and AI/Data Science teams.

• Sponsor pilot projects, beta programs, and innovative initiatives.

• Advise commercial and product teams on solution positioning and value messaging.

• Manage strategic accounts and enterprise healthcare transformation efforts.

• Own responsibility for portfolio revenue, margin, utilization, renewal, and growth targets.

• Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

• Support business development, executive sales discussions, and strategic account planning.

• Develop business cases, investment strategies, and roadmaps for transformation.

• Drive customer referenceability and long-term retention.

• Allocate resources effectively across implementations, upgrades, expansions, strategic initiatives, and pilot programs.

• Lead, mentor, and develop leaders in consulting, program management, analytics, and transformation.

• Oversee succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, and employee development.

• Foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Act as a thought leader internally and externally in healthcare operations and digital transformation.

• Publish insights and participate in industry forums, conferences, executive events, and customer advisory boards.

• Monitor trends in healthcare, technology, regulation, and operations.

• Influence product investment priorities and strategic growth opportunities.

• Encourage collaboration across GE HealthCare businesses to create integrated solutions for customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare consulting, operations, technology, operational transformation, or related fields.

• Experience in people leadership, career guidance, and HR functions.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-level healthcare transformation projects.

• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive and C-suite stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer engagement portfolios and meet financial performance objectives.

• Deep knowledge of patient flow, access, capacity management, care coordination, Command Centers, and healthcare operations improvement.

• Proven experience in influencing product strategy, innovation initiatives, or healthcare technology roadmaps.

• Successful track record in leading cross-functional teams across consulting, analytics, product, engineering, and commercial divisions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills at the executive level.

• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 75%).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience with Command Center solutions, digital operations centers, capacity command platforms, or related healthcare technologies.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled operational tools, predictive analytics, simulation modeling, and advanced healthcare analytics.

• Preferred: Experience leading or sponsoring healthcare software, data, interoperability, cloud, analytics, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

• Preferred: Demonstrated industry thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, advisory boards, or professional recognition.

• Preferred: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, change management, or related areas.

• Preferred: Experience in launching new products, services, consulting offerings, or healthcare technology solutions.
