This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and oversee the global vision, long-term strategy, and operational roadmap for the integrated benefits portfolio.
β’ Convert company and People strategy into global benefits goals, policies, governance standards, and investment priorities.
β’ Lead, mentor, and structure the Global Benefits team.
β’ Act as the primary benefits advisor to executive leadership.
β’ Manage the global benefits financial strategy and outcomes, encompassing cost planning, budgets, funding methods, and utilization as well as trend analysis.
β’ Create the governance and compliance framework for global benefits initiatives.
β’ Define strategic direction and company-wide practices for leave and accommodation programs.
β’ Direct global vendor and partner strategy, including selection, negotiation, performance oversight, and service delivery.
β’ Collaborate with leaders across People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and the business.
β’ Oversee benefits strategy, due diligence, risk assessment, and integration for mergers and acquisitions, geographic expansion, and organizational transformation.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 15+ years of advancing HR experience.
β’ 12+ years concentrating on domestic and international benefits strategy, design, and management.
β’ Significant responsibility for global programs and team leadership.
β’ Experience advising executive leaders, establishing long-term functional strategy, managing substantial benefits investments, and leading complex vendor negotiations and enterprise-wide change.
β’ Extensive expertise in global health and welfare benefits, leave, wellbeing, retirement, and accommodations.
β’ Experience working across multiple jurisdictions such as the US and Canada.
β’ Enterprise and systems thinking capabilities.
β’ Executive-level communication, consultation, and influence skills.
β’ Strong financial and analytical skills.
β’ Capacity to create scalable governance, operating models, technology strategies, and decision frameworks across an integrated global benefits portfolio.
β’ Ability to influence company-wide policy and strategy through collaboration with executive leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
β’ Proven track record in leading organizational change, enhancing team capability, and achieving sustainable outcomes across complex global programs.
β’ Advanced degree and/or benefits-related professional certification preferred.
β’ Background checks are mandatory.
