📋 Description

• Generate innovative, thought-provoking, and essential insights content that captivates the audience.

• Cultivate new insights and concepts through thought leadership, offering persuasive and actionable solutions to meet client requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover the underlying causes of client obstacles.

• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing Insight positions within a team of analysts.

• Research, evaluate, and forecast market trends and shifts to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.

• Offer actionable recommendations to clients and prospects that align with their specific content domains.

• Design and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.

• Provide sales support by acting as the voice of the market.

• Establish credibility as an industry expert to convey Gartner insights.

• Engage actively in innovation, ideation, and research discussions.

• Identify opportunities for research process enhancements or devise new methodologies.

• Serve as a mentor and coach, supporting junior team members in their development.

• Maintain a client-centric approach to assist clients in engaging with Gartner insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.

• Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to large-scale ITSM platform/tools implementations and deployments.

• Extensive hands-on experience in IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in asset and dependency mapping.

• Strong comprehension of the relationship between ITSM and IT operations management.

• Experience in spearheading research or strategic initiatives focused on AI-driven transformation in ITSM.

• Practical knowledge of contemporary operations practices such as DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or agile product teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with analytical and presentation skills.

• Expertise in the subject matter; comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.

• Profound understanding of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area.

• Capable of effectively representing Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all organizational levels.

• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
