Senior Director Analyst – HR Strategy, Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Generate innovative, thought-provoking, and essential insights along with actionable recommendations for Gartner clients through various formats including writing, video, infographics, and podcasts.

• Create new insights and thought leadership that address the needs and requests of clients.

• Examine root causes of client obstacles and reframe perspectives to enhance strategy.

• Establish positions on insights across a team of analysts.

• Offer independent insights to Gartner leaders to refine research agendas.

• Provide tailored, data-driven advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders through video presentations and discussions.

• Design and present content for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.

• Assist BTI and Sales by acting as the market voice and fostering client engagement.

• Perform timely and high-quality peer review of content.

• Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.

• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions while collaborating with Insights peers.

• Enhance research processes and develop new methods for service delivery.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

• Inspire clients to regularly interact with Gartner insights and engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or HR technology leadership roles, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Deep understanding of the challenges faced by CHROs as enterprise leaders, along with familiarity with their workflows and priorities.

• Proven track record in designing and leading HR functional transformations successfully.

• Knowledge of the HR technology landscape, including market dynamics and vendors, particularly regarding AI and its influence on HR strategies and workflows.

• Strong executive presence and the ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to work under tight deadlines while producing high-quality outputs.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and presentation abilities.

• Ability to engage clients and respond effectively to inquiries.

• Skilled at explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Subject matter expertise with comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking events.

• Strong business and financial understanding.

• Capability to work independently while also collaborating across teams in a multicultural global environment.

• Learning agility and adeptness at navigating highly matrixed environments.

• Ability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all levels.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% (when applicable).
