This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead a group of Account Technology Strategists in a specified area or territory.
• Facilitate comprehensive customer journeys and offer strategic technical engagement to business and IT decision-makers.
• Align go-to-market strategies, activities, and resources with the yearly sales plan.
• Enhance customer health, modernization, adoption, and retention initiatives to support sustainable ARR growth.
• Set an example by exhibiting ideal ATS values, activities, and behaviors.
• Create personal development plans and mentor team members in their career paths.
• Monitor team performance and foster individual results.
• Comprehend enterprise customer use cases and pinpoint business drivers.
• Guide the team in architecting, designing, building, and deploying secure enterprise solutions aligned with customer use cases and business needs.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Offer technical thought leadership on Cloud Software Group products and industry trends.
• Assist in overcoming technical and competitive objections and expedite the technical evaluation aspect of the sales cycle.
• Propel the progress of Technical Sales Plays within the designated territory.
• Ensure that team account insights remain updated in Citrix CRM systems.
• Collaborate with aligned Sales leadership to synchronize sales and technical sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years in Sales Engineering Management or a related field, with a proven history of successful sales growth and development.
• Significant direct or indirect management experience, particularly in overseeing teams within a presales environment.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group’s competitive landscape and technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of DaaS / VDI, Applications, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, Data Management, and Data Analytics.
• Strong grasp of business processes and their integration into enterprise applications.
• Proficient analytical and negotiation skills, especially at the C-level.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, focusing on both details and strategy.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• High level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in navigating complex and matrixed organizations successfully.
• Certifications are considered advantageous but not necessary: Citrix certifications, Microsoft Azure certifications, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, and up-to-date security certifications.
