This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee a team of Account Technology Strategists within a specific area or territory.
• Manage the complete customer journey and offer strategic technical engagement with business and IT decision-makers.
• Align go-to-market strategies, activities, and resources to provide technical support for the annual sales plan.
• Foster customer health, modernization, adoption, and retention to ensure sustainable ARR growth.
• Set an example by embodying the ideal ATS values, activities, and behaviors.
• Create personal development plans and mentor team members in their career advancement.
• Evaluate team performance and drive individual results.
• Comprehend enterprise customer use cases and identify key business drivers.
• Guide the team in architecting, designing, building, and deploying secure enterprise solutions aligned with use cases and business needs.
• Establish strategic partnerships and trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Provide technical thought leadership regarding Cloud Software Group products and industry trends.
• Address technical and competitive objections and expedite the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle.
• Propel the progress of Technical Sales Plays within the designated territory.
• Ensure that team account insights are kept updated in Citrix CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to synchronize sales and technical sales functions.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales Engineering Management or a related field, with a proven record of successful sales growth and development.
• Extensive experience in direct or indirect management, particularly in leading teams in a presales environment.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group’s competitive landscape and technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of DaaS / VDI, Applications, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, Data Management, and Data Analytics.
• Strong grasp of business processes and their integration into enterprise applications.
• Proficient analytical and negotiation skills, especially at the C-level.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, focusing on both details and strategy.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
• High level of specialized knowledge in sales and product solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to navigate complex and matrixed organizations effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
