This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Oversee the complete strategy, planning, and execution for direct digital partnerships.
⢠Manage ongoing, seasonal, and high-impact campaigns.
⢠Create digital-first sponsorships, tentpole events, and tailored content integrations.
⢠Plan comprehensive activations that encompass digital, physical, and experiential elements.
⢠Discover unique digital opportunities, including custom content, creator collaborations, experiential extensions, and emerging formats.
⢠Introduce innovative publisher, data, and measurement solutions that enhance client growth.
⢠Advocate for the adoption of advanced measurement across digital partner initiatives.
⢠Develop a profound understanding of client business objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
⢠Ensure Direct IO activations align with cohesive, integrated media strategies.
⢠Lead the entire RFP process from brief creation to vendor assessment, negotiation, and final presentation to clients.
⢠Enhance workflows across planning, trafficking, reporting, and ad operations.
⢠Formulate negotiation best practices and elevate team skills.
⢠Identify additional partnership opportunities and secure added value.
⢠Collaborate with Programmatic and Integrated Media leaders to create a unified Display & Video ecosystem.
⢠Utilize knowledge of traditional media (Linear, OOH, Audio) to enhance digital programs.
⢠Act as the primary client contact and oversee cutting-edge digital activations, partnerships, and custom content initiatives.
⢠Nurture talent and advance modern media skills.
⢠Minimum of 3 years in media planning and buying, particularly focused on premium digital partnerships, sponsorships, and custom activations.
⢠Proven track record in building and executing large-scale, publisher-direct programs, including brief development, partner selection, negotiation, and storytelling through recommendations.
⢠Strong grasp of digital media channels, including display, video, social, and branded content.
⢠Familiarity with programmatic media and the integration of direct and programmatic strategies for a cohesive media strategy.
⢠Experience in overseeing or supporting traditional media (Linear TV, Radio, OOH) is beneficial but not essential.
⢠Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
⢠Exceptional relationship-building ability with publishers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
⢠Experience in developing processes and enhancing operational efficiencies.
⢠A forward-thinking, curious mindset with a natural tendency to innovate and improve.
⢠Must have authorization to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
